Dear Allen:

As Governor of the State of Nebraska, it is my pleasure to congratulate the Nebraska LEAD Program for its extraordinary efforts in further developing the problem solvers, decision-makers, and spokespersons so critical to the future of both the industry of agriculture and our state.

Through the sponsorship of the Nebraska Agricultural Leadrship Council, Inc., the Nebraska LEAD Program has not only developed into a program of national reputation, but has directly impacted the lives of 750 participants over the past twenty-five years of operations. This, in turn, has the potential to impact the lives of countless Nebraskans.

CONGRATULATIONS to you and everyone involved with the Nebraska Agricultural Leadership Council, Inc., and the Nebraska LEAD Program, as you continue your mission "to prepare and motivate men and women in agriculture for more effective leadership."

Allen, I always look forward to visiting with the Nebraska LEAD Group in my office each February and to working with your many alumni throughout the year.

Best wishes as the Nebraska LEAD Program celebrates twenty-five years of well-respected service to our great State! I look forward to continuing to work with you.

Sincerely,

Dave Heineman
Governor
