Vision Statement
Nebraska Agricultural Leadership Council, Inc.

The Nebraska Agricultural Leadership Council, Inc., is a team of highly motivated individuals dedicated to operating a comprehensive educational program to prepare and motivate men and women in agriculture for more effective leadership. Our strength is generated from our commitment to our program participants, our people, our industry, and our state. We are committed to the develoment and management of a quality agricultural leadership program.

We are committed to recruiting the finest individuals. We will provide opportunities that support and challenge participants to develop and apply leadership skills, to exchange ideas, and to gain a better understanding of our society and other cultures. 

We are committed to respond to technological advances in our industry and changes in our state, nation, and world, by continually evaluating the curriculum and refining program delivery. 

We are committed to the maintenance and development of stable sources of program funding by utilizing the talents and diversity of board members. We will annually evaluate the management and resources of the staff to maintain and improve the reputation and integrity of the program. 

Through the success pursuit of our commitments, we expect to develop effective agricultural leaders who will have a positive impact on our industry and our state.
