The Nebraska LEAD Program is proud to be a member in good standing of the International Association of Programs of Agricultural Leadership (IAPAL). This group is composed of agricultural program director's from over forty states as well as programs in other countries including: Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Argentina, as well as many others.
Each year this group meets for an annual conference of professional development and renewal. Internationally prominent speakers and presenters are scheduled to keep program directors on the cutting edge of their area of interest. Program directors are also selected to present at the conference. Time is also provided for small and large group exchange of ideas and sharing.
This conference is usually held in the fall months and has been held at various sites of the members states and countries.
